Without objection, it was so ordered. HB 216 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 216(TRA) An Act relating to school buses which had been held in second reading (page 1522) was before the Senate. Amendment No. 1 was not offered. Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 216(TRA) was read the third time. Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Senator Hoffman was required to vote. The question being: Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 216(TRA) An Act relating to school buses pass the Senate?
